Payment terms for these Vendee holiday cottages.
Deposit to secure the reservation - 25% of the rental price. Balance of the rental price is due 8 weeks before the holiday dates.
We accept any Visa or Mastercard. No surcharge is applied by us. The price in your local currency will be based on the exchange rate that you get from your bank, plus any fees applied for a foreign transaction, just the same as a purchase in a shop in France.
Note that some cards or banks offer lower fees than others, some are even free of charge.
Discounts and 10 night rentals : We may offer N°2 at the price of N°1 for a smaller group outside 30/6 to 1/9. 10 nights may be possible in May, June and September, depending on the overall availability and demand.
